1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 1link.al, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

1link.al is a platform for creating public digital profiles (link-in-bio) for registered users.

3. User Account

• By creating an account you declare that you are 16 or older. We do not verify age.
• You are responsible for the security of your password.
• All activity through your account is your responsibility.

4. User Content

• You remain the owner of content you upload.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the service.
• Content must not violate Albanian law or third-party rights.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• The plan catalogue is Free, Pro (monthly or yearly) and Premium Lifetime (one-off).
• Payments are disabled in this release. Registration and use are free; no paid plan can be purchased yet.
• When enabled, payments will be processed through Stripe or PayPal.
• Cancelling an active subscription is handled by emailing the contact address in section 11. Self-service cancellation from the control panel is not available yet.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability and are not liable for data loss arising from use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect 30 days after publication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Albanian law. Disputes are resolved by the Court of Tirana.

10. Canonical Language

The Albanian version is the authoritative text. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Albanian version prevails.
